Event Coordination

No event too big or too small! KRM can promote and support you in the coordination of your event from start to end, including setting a step by step event plan, budget template, contacting vendors, comparing quotes, promoting the event online and through your networks. 

Project Coordination

Similar to events, projects should be planned from start to finish. KRM can assist you with the project planning, build a framework for you or your team to follow, or coordinate the entire project or parts of it. When there are areas that are not my expertise, collaboration is key! I can do this on your behalf or put you in touch with a suggested contact. 

Costs: 
Starting from $65 p/hour exclusive of GST. Different rates apply depending on the services required. Retainer / long term arrangements and discounted social media packages available.
